Treatments blend the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a modern understanding of nervous system regulation, nutrition, stress physiology, and lifestyle medicine.
Originally from the Creston Valley, Dr. Lindsay Fox completed her Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine and advanced her clinical training alongside leading TCM physicians in a hospital setting in Chengdu, China. Now she is returning home to the community that first shaped her connection to nature, wellness, and grounded living.

How long is an initial appointment?
Initial treatments are 75 minutes and include a comprehensive health intake. They may also include personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations, herbal guidance, nervous system support practices, and other take-home tools to support healing outside of the treatment room.
What can acupuncture and Chinese medicine support?
Chronic and acute pain, stress and nervous system dysregulation, sleep concerns and fatigue, digestive and gut health, hormonal and menstrual imbalances, fertility support for both men and women, pregnancy and postpartum care, menopausal symptoms, immune support, and overall health and vitality.
Does fire cupping leave marks?
Cupping commonly leaves temporary marks on the skin as part of the therapeutic healing process. They fade on their own within days.
